Almond Poppy Seed Bars

3 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1-1/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups milk
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Natural Butter Olive Oil
(From Eau Claire Oil & Vinegar Bar)
4-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons salt

Beat eggs, sugar, milk and olive oil and flavorings together.
Combine flour, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt and add to the egg mixture and mix just until combined.
Spread into greased 15×10 baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Frost. ENJOY!
Makes Approximately 20 Bars (3.75″x2″)
